All bookings made through Sydney Social Events—whether for singles mixers, couples nights, or private functions—are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event's start time.

Due to the highly structured nature of our events, we rely on confirmed attendance to meet minimum participant numbers. This allows us to coordinate venues, entertainment, and activities that deliver on our promise of a fun, social, and memorable experience.

2. 25% In-House Credit for Late Cancellations

We understand that emergencies and last-minute changes can happen. For cancellations made within 24 hours of an event, while we cannot offer a refund, we will honor a 25% in-house credit under the following conditions:

• You must contact us prior to the event start time.

• The credit will be applied to your Sydney Social Events account.

3. How to Use Your Credit

Your in-house credit can be redeemed in the following ways:

• Purchase future event tickets through our online booking portal.

• Use the credit toward items from our in-house merchandise department.

• Combine your credit with others to cover most in-house event costs.
