Due to the highly structured nature of our events, we rely on confirmed attendance to meet minimum participant numbers. This allows us to coordinate venues, entertainment, and activities that deliver on our promise of a fun, social, and memorable experience.
2. 25% In-House Credit for Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies and last-minute changes can happen. For cancellations made within 24 hours of an event, while we cannot offer a refund, we will honor a 25% in-house credit under the following conditions:
